Higher Process Consistency vs. Greater Innovation Freedom

Business Context. Consistent, standardized processes are easier to govern and automate, but rigid consistency can discourage teams from experimenting with better ways of working.

Process TRIZ Resolution. Rather than locking every process into a fixed standard, organizations should designate controlled innovation zones where teams can pilot alternative approaches under lightweight oversight before promoting successful variants into the enterprise standard.
