CyberTRIZPEDIA draws on primary legal sources. Where a text is in the public domain - EU legislation published in the Official Journal, US federal regulations, national laws - we reproduce the article text and link to the official source.

Where a document is copyrighted - ISO and IEC standards, PCI DSS, and other proprietary frameworks - we do not reproduce its text. Those pages carry scope, structure, our own commentary and cross-references, and link to the owner so you can obtain the standard from them.

Every regulation page states which of these applies. If you believe something is published here in error, tell us and we will remove it.
