Payee Verification (VOP) Controls
What this control requires
Implement Verification of Payee (VOP) service checking that account holder name matches IBAN before payment execution. Integrate VOP into payment initiation flows. Handle match/no-match/partial-match responses. Log VOP checks and customer decisions.
