Regulation (EC) 396/2005 Pesticide MRLs
Sets maximum residue levels (MRLs) for pesticides in food and feed of plant and animal origin. Requires monitoring and testing of raw materials. Relevant for FMCG supply chain compliance and raw material specifications.
