Predicate Offence Transaction Monitoring Rules
What this control requires
Implement and maintain transaction monitoring rules specifically designed to detect money laundering linked to all AMLD6 predicate offences. Rules must cover: cybercrime proceeds, environmental crime, fraud, tax crimes, corruption, and terrorist financing. Conduct quarterly rule effectiveness review.
