AML/CFT Record Retention Programme
What this control requires
Maintain all AML/CFT records for minimum 5 years from end of relationship or transaction date: CDD files, transaction records, SAR files (separately secured), screening results, investigation records, and training records. Implement secure access-controlled storage. Ensure 48-hour retrieval capability for regulatory requests.
