AML/CFT Record Keeping
What this control requires
Retain all CDD records and transaction records for minimum 5 years from end of relationship or transaction. Ensure records are sufficient to reconstruct individual transactions, support criminal investigations, and respond to competent authority requests. Implement rapid retrieval (48 hours) for law enforcement.
