Maintain FATF-Required Records for 5 Years
What this control requires
Retain all CDD records, transaction records and STR records for at least 5 years from the end of the business relationship or transaction completion. Ensure records are sufficient to reconstruct individual transactions, provide evidence in potential criminal proceedings and respond promptly to competent authority requests.
